CDRA Bylaws

The revised Bylaws were approved during the Annual Members Meeting on March 15th, 2023 at the C&D World Annual Conference in Las Vegas, NV. Prior to the review, members were given 30 days to view and comment on the revisions.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds of dues paid to the CDRA. Conference refund requests must be received by the published deadline for each conference and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Directory Fair Use Policy

We encourage the use of our Find A Recycler directory for professional networking purposes with your peers, and for guidance and insight on best practices. The directory may not be used to sell or market a business, product, or service; to solicit contributions, sponsorships, or business opportunities; or for any unlawful use. The contents of the directory may not be used to generate mailing lists, e-mail lists, phone lists, or other lists for any commercial purposes. You agree not to solicit the members included on this list unless your solicitation is a direct result of having obtained the members’ contact information from another source in the ordinary course of your business. You agree not to release or sell the directory or its contents to any third parties. Nothing herein shall prohibit or limit the use of information generally available to the public. The contents of the directory are owned by and are the exclusive property of the Construction and Demolition Recycling Association. Unauthorized use of the directory is prohibited and can subject you to damages plus attorney's fees. By using this directory, it is understood that you understand and agree to these terms.


 

Information Collected

All website visitors will have certain information automatically collected from their visit. That information is detailed below.

We use this information to help us make the site more useful to visitors — to learn about the number of visitors to our site and the types of technology our visitors use.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who sign up for our newsletters. We also collect information volunteered by the consumers that purchase registrations from our website, such as name and address, telephone number, and payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart.

Information is Not Disclosed to Third Parties for Marketing Purposes

We do not sell your e-mail address, your name, or personal demographic information to any mass marketers or any other organizations. Information may be shared with third parties in order to process your registration.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by e-mailing us at the above address.

Upon request, we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information or transaction information. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us an e-mail at the above address.

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server.

If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Web site so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
