Cyclic Aliphatic Bromide Cluster (HBCD) is a chemical no longer used in foam panel insulation, and even when it was used, it was a small part of the total number of foam panels manufactured. Today, the best estimates are that foam panels containing HBCD make up about .015 percent of the C&D waste stream, making it virtually non-existent.
The Executive Committee of the CDRA is proposing adjustments to the Bylaws of the Association, to be discussed and considered at the Board of Directors meeting taking place in Atlanta, GA during the C&D World Annual Conference. The proposed changes (additions and deletions) are as follows, with all adjustments to language shown in red. Only articles affected by these changes are shown.
